Italiano · 9 years · modern cartoon
Sinossi
Meet Giorgio, a cheerful young boy with a special secret: his heart belongs to two wonderful worlds. Born to a Chinese mother and an Italian father, Giorgio navigates life between the bustling streets of Beijing and the peaceful mountains of Trento. For him, speaking two languages isn't a challenge—it’s a superpower that lets him connect with his heritage and the world around him, translating love and laughter across borders.
Giorgio's favorite time of year is summer, when airplanes whisk him away to visit family. Fascinated by the magic of airports where people from everywhere meet, he observes the serious security officers keeping everyone safe. Inspired by his own journey as a bridge between cultures, Giorgio dreams of a unique future: becoming a security officer who protects travelers not with sternness, but with kindness. This heartwarming story celebrates multicultural identity and the power of a gentle smile to make the world feel smaller and safer.
Dove è iniziata la magia
Giorgio grew up between China and Italy after his family moved from Beijing to Trento. Speaking both Chinese and Italian, he feels connected to both cultures and loves exploring new places.
Seeing how people travel and connect across countries, Giorgio dreams of becoming an airport security officer—someone who keeps people safe with kindness and care.
We were amazed at how the characters actually look like us—glasses and all! Giorgio was thrilled to see himself working at the airport, connecting the two countries he loves. It’s a beautiful story that validates his dream of keeping people safe with a smile – Yubing - Giorgio's mum
